Experience leading software engineers and owning the delivery and operation of production systems.

Strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to guide architecture and contribute to technical problem-solving.

Excellent knowledge of Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python.

Experience building and operating AWS services in production.

Hands-on experience with endpoint management, configuration automation, or systems that enforce desired state.

Understanding of operating system configuration, policy evaluation, idempotent operations, and safe change execution.

Experience designing systems that handle intermittent connectivity and partial failures.

Strong communication skills and the ability to align engineering work with product priorities.

Professional working proficiency in English for leading an English-speaking team and collaborating across functions.

Experience writing automated tests for configuration changes and remediation workflows.

Proficiency in SQL.

Experience with PowerShell and Windows administration.

Experience with runtime isolation and sandboxing for sensitive execution.

Experience in B2B SaaS, security, compliance, or data governance.

Experience building high-load products with numerous endpoints.

Experience with CIS Benchmarks, configuration baselines, policy versioning, and auditability.
