3+ years of exceptional experience in renewable energy development, data center infrastructure, or power project development. Relevant roles include Project Developer, Development Engineer, Data Center Origination Manager, Interconnection Analyst, Site Acquisition Manager, or Solutions Engineer at a developer, consultancy, or IPP.

Proven track record of moving projects from siting through NTP: negotiating land agreements, driving interconnection applications, navigating permitting, and modeling project economics.
Comfort with GIS, data analysis, AI coding tools, and utility planning portals.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships across C-suite customers, utilities, offtakers, and internal technical teams simultaneously.

Experience at a high-growth startup, or in a client-embedded role where you were accountable to someone else's timeline and capital.
Hands-on comfort with scripting tools, AI coding tools, and a passion to automate repetitive tasks.
Deep knowledge of data center load profiles, large load interconnection, or energy procurement for hyperscale or co-location customers.
