Development Manager

Requirements

• · 3+ years of experience in development ideally in structured land development, energy, (prior experience in renewable energy is a plus), engineering, and/or, real estate
• · Expertise with various facets of land project development process to ensure successful project outcomes
• · Familiarity with ArcGIS, Google Earth, AutoCAD, and other geospatial and/or drafting tools used for due diligence and project execution processes
• · Familiarity with surveying and utility new service connection processes including but not limited electricity, water/sewer, and, telecommunication utilities
• · Resourceful and accomplished research skills to effectively utilize publicly available materials, tools, and, technology to derisk and expedite projects
• · Ability to succinctly communicate and summarize complex issues into actionable deliverables, and ensure timely completion of action items from internal and external parties
• · Driven, resourceful, and, comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment
• · Rigorous attention to detail, work ethic, personal responsibility, work product ownership, and, organizational skills
• · Bachelor’s degree in engineering, urban planning, project management or a related field; Master’s preferred
