Position Overview

  • The Development & Enrichment Specialist is responsible for supporting the development, identification, and enrichment of Gifted & Talented students in the arts through artistic, cultural, and creative initiatives, while also leading high quality operational coordination, reporting, and communication
  • The role focuses on talent discovery systems, student development pathways, enrichment opportunities, and the operational management of cultural and artistic programs.
  • The specialist will work closely with schools, artists, cultural institutions, facilitators, and strategic partners to design and implement impactful initiatives that nurture artistic talent and align with organisational objectives.
  • The role also requires strong operational, presentation, storytelling, reporting, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high quality outputs in fast paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal teams, schools, facilitators, artists, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication, operational workflow management, documentation, and successful delivery of cultural and artistic programs, initiatives, and events.
  • Support the identification, assessment, tracking, and development of Gifted & Talented students in the arts through structured talent discovery systems, enrichment pathways, workshops, mentorship opportunities, specialised training programs, exhibitions, residencies, and creative development initiat
  • Develop executive level presentations, reports, dashboards, and communication materials that translate program data, achievements, and insights into clear, engaging, and visually impactful content aligned with organisational standards.
  • Conduct research, studies, and analytical reports related to talent development, artistic enrichment, student growth, and cultural engagement, including strategic recommendations, KPIs, frameworks, and impact measurement tools.
  • Collect, validate, analyse, and document program data, student participation, talent development progress, exhibitions, and cultural activities, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timely reporting.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with artists, galleries, museums, cultural institutions, creative organisations, and local and international entities to support program objectives and student opportunities.
  • Support the operational planning and execution of enrichment initiatives, talent development programs, competitions, showcases, exhibitions, and cultural engagement activities.

Required Skills

  • Strong operational and management experience, with advanced capabilities in program coordination, talent development systems in arts, research, reporting, and stakeholder engagement, alongside strong familiarity with the art and cultural sector.
  • Strong understanding of Gifted & Talented student development in arts, talent identification frameworks, enrichment models, and student pathway systems.
  • Expert in PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Workspace, with the ability to create executive level presentations, dashboards, charts, tables, reports, and visual summaries; familiarity with Canva and Adobe Illustrator is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational, multitasking, time management, and operational coordination skills, including documentation and reporting management.
  • Advanced skills in data collection, analysis, validation, and visualisation, with close attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English, with strong stakeholder coordination and relationship management abilities.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in operations, program management, reporting, content development, presentation design, talent development, and program documentation.
  • Strong experience in managing data, reporting systems, dashboards, operational workflows, and project documentation.
  • Proven experience working with Gifted & Talented programs, student enrichment initiatives, and talent development pathways.
  • Strong background in art programs, cultural initiatives, exhibitions, creative projects, and enrichment activities.
  • Advanced expertise in developing high quality presentations using PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, or similar tools and platforms.
  • Strong awareness of local and international artistic and cultural programs, initiatives, exhibitions, and creative events.
  • Experience coordinating with cultural institutions, art entities, museums, galleries, and creative organisations is highly preferred.
