10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
Proven success in managing web and mobile platform delivery, preferably with experience in CMS-based ecosystems like AEM.
Strong background in modern web technologies (e.g., React/React Native, Node.js) and system architecture.
Experience with AI/ML initiatives.
Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools and practices.
Strong grasp of system design for scalability, testability, and security.
Experience implementing Agile at scale (e.g., SAFe), with a track record of improving team agility and velocity.
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and translate complex technical concepts into business value.
