Brookfield Residential seeks a Development Coordinator to support the Communities & Commercial Division with monthly reporting, onsite construction monitoring, and resident/builder communication.

Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to resident inquiries, concerns, and complaints
- Address builder inquiries and coordinate resolution
- Monitor deep utility repair inbox and implement repair requests
- Conduct quarterly raw land investigations and prepare summary reports
- Maintain internal administrative processes including document tracking and database management
- Provide monthly community status updates to Marketing
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience or education in engineering, construction management, urban planning, landscape architecture, or general business
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail oriented with analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and with senior team members

Overview
- The Development Coordinator supports the Communities & Commercial Division by running monthly, quarterly, and annual business needs and reporting.
- Coordinates and monitors onsite construction activities, provides project and administrative support, and serves as primary point of contact for residents and builders.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to resident inquiries, concerns, and complaints
- Address builder inquiries, concerns, and complaints
- Monitor deep utility repair inbox daily
- Participate in seasonal Surface FAC walks
- Conduct quarterly raw land investigations
- Record annual Property Tax Assessment values
- Prepare annual ARFI updates
- Support AC Department with seasonal architectural inspections
- Maintain internal administrative processes
- Coordinate flow of information internally and externally
- Provide monthly community status updates to Marketing
- Attend site, consultant, and scheduling meetings
What You'll Bring
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience or education in engineering, construction management, urban planning, landscape architecture, or general business
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to collaborate with multi functional teams
- Detail oriented approach with strong analytical and problem solving skills
