We are seeking a relationship-driven Development Annual Coordinator to grow and care for a dynamic portfolio of mid-level donors ($1,000–$10,000).
This role is essential to building a sustainable funding pipeline by strengthening donor engagement, increasing retention, and advancing qualified donors into the Major Gift pipeline.
The ideal candidate is a relational strategist who can balance data-driven decision-making with meaningful donor connections and confidently invite financial partnership.
This is a key revenue-generating role supporting a growing development program with a goal of $1.2M+ in annual mid-level revenue.
The Development Annual Coordinator reports directly to the Chief Development Officer.
This position plays a critical role in building a thriving donor pipeline, ensuring long-term sustainability, and deepening engagement with supporters.
By cultivating meaningful relationships and stewarding generosity, the Development Annual Coordinator directly contributes to expanding the mission and impact of Forest Home.
