Role Overview
The role is a Consultant in Robotic Process Automation within UST's Automation practice.
The team advises clients on RPA and cognitive technologies for cost reduction, capability enhancement, and risk mitigation.
The role designs, develops, and deploys RPA solutions for clients globally.
Position Responsibilities
- Develop and configure automation processes according to solution design documents and defined requirements.
- Use modular development practices to promote reusability and ease of maintenance.
- Configure and develop reliable, hardened automations according to best practices.
- Test solutions using standardized testing practices.
- Support teams during user acceptance testing and production or pilot phases.
- Communicate project risks and issues to the delivery or project manager and provide change control input.
- Maintain documentation according to firm standards, best practices, and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- An IT or Business degree is required.
- At least 3 years of professional services experience is required, preferably in automation or integration projects.
- Understanding of software development methodology, configuration management, and lifecycle practices is required.
