Job Purpose
The Developer I, Corporate Systems role supports, designs, and develops the Oracle Revenue Management and Billing application under the direction of a Technical Manager.
The role involves frequent interaction with departmental end users, consultants, and third-party application vendors to deliver a quality finance and corporate systems application.
The developer will create solution and design deliverables and implement technical solutions for business capabilities in large-volume financial systems.
Responsibilities
- Work with external vendors, internal functional business analysts, business process owners, and technical team members to create requirements and processes.
- Participate in process design, propose solutions, solicit feedback, and document enhancement information.
- Provide technical and functional production support to affiliate sites while anticipating future requirements and changes.
- Perform system maintenance, support, installations, upgrades, and performance monitoring.
- Run and schedule production jobs; maintain and modify interfaces and reports; migrate software releases; and provide year-end support.
- Develop ORMB enhancements and fixes based on gathered requirements.
