DeepL's API Product Marketing team is expanding adoption across MCPs, CLIs, agent skills, prompt libraries, and marketplace integrations.

The role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Product, and Engineering and focuses on developer growth and ecosystem strategy.

The position owns distribution and activation for headless API surfaces used in agentic workflows.

Partner with Engineering, Design, and Product to make DeepL's MCP and CLI natural parts of developer workflows.
Drive MCP discoverability across Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and emerging agent marketplaces.
Increase CLI adoption through package registries, GitHub, developer toolchains, CI/CD examples, and starter kits.
Monitor the agentic tooling ecosystem and identify emerging distribution opportunities.

Own the funnel from MCP installation or CLI OAuth through first successful translation and first paid character.
Optimize free-tier strategy, onboarding, conversion, and removal of the highest-friction funnel steps.
Create prompt libraries, agent templates, implementation examples, integration guides, code samples, and reference integrations.
