Developer, Business Process Automation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing and supporting low-code automation solutions through design, build, test, deployment, and support.
• Experience translating business requirements into solution designs and delivering automations in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, HTTP actions, webhooks, connectors, and data sources such as Dataverse or SQL.
• Working knowledge of platform governance, ALM, environments, solutions, connection references, and DLP policies.
• Basic scripting or coding skills in JavaScript, PowerShell, Python, or C# are required to extend automations when needed.
• Experience across the SDLC, including analysis, development, QA/UAT support, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, service accounts, OAuth, MFA, and secure sensitive-data handling.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, communication, documentation, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of IT governance, operations, administration, and technical documentation for regulated environments.
