Role Overview
Dev Lead – .NET role supporting backend modernization of enterprise and industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead parallel backend modernization streams using C# and .NET 8+.
- Develop applications using ASP.NET Core and Minimal APIs.
- Work with NativeAOT.
- Develop data-access solutions using EF Core and Dapper/Dapper.AOT.
- Design and implement OpenAPI/Swagger and REST APIs.
- Convert legacy applications into domain, service, and repository-based architectures.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to engineering teams.
- Perform performance tuning and promote secure coding practices.
- Support modernization of enterprise and industrial applications.
Required Skills
- Strong C# and .NET 8+ experience is required.
- Hands-on ASP.NET Core and Minimal APIs experience is required.
- Experience with NativeAOT is required.
- Strong EF Core experience and Dapper/Dapper.AOT experience are required.
- Strong OpenAPI/Swagger and REST API development knowledge is required.
