Complete technical knowledge of laptops, firewalls with high-availability configuration, desktop computers, printers, scanners, routers, switches, and operating systems.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, backup, formatting, hardware assembly, installation, troubleshooting, networking, sharing, crimping, and I/O punching.
