The role is a Desktop Support Engineer (Site).

The position provides technical support for desktops, laptops, firewalls, software, printers, scanners, computer hardware, and networking equipment.

Complete technical knowledge of desktops, laptops, and firewalls is required.
The role requires knowledge of Outlook, backup, formatting, computer hardware, assembly, troubleshooting, installation, motherboards, RAM, HDDs, routers, and switches.
Knowledge of networking, sharing, cable crimping, and I/O punching is required.

Install and configure desktop and laptop computers, software, printers, and scanners.
Monitor and maintain computer systems.
Troubleshoot hardware, operating system, laptop, motherboard, RAM, and HDD problems.
Install printers and provide support for networking, routers, switches, and computer sharing.
Perform cable crimping and I/O punching.
Provide technical support.
