About the Role

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows 10/11
- Support desktops, laptops, workstations, AIO PCs, printers, and peripherals
- Perform OS installations, hardware upgrades, preventive maintenance, and in house deployments
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
- Provide basic support for Linux operating systems
- Log and resolve incidents through the IT ticketing system and escalate when required
- Maintain IT assets and documentation
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's in IT or related field
- 0–2 years of desktop support experience
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Windows installation, PC hardware, networking, and Linux
- Willing to learn new technologies and pursue technical certifications
- Strong customer service attitude and team player

Job Overview
