Job Overview

  • TS Qatar is looking for a motivated Desktop Support Engineer (L1) to provide first level technical support, perform in house installations, and support end user devices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows 10/11.
  • Support desktops, laptops, workstations, AIO PCs, printers, and peripherals.
  • Perform OS installations, hardware upgrades, preventive maintenance, and in house deployments.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues.
  • Provide basic support for Linux operating systems.
  • Log and resolve incidents through the IT ticketing system and escalate when required.
  • Maintain IT assets and documentation.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelor's in IT or related field.
  • 0–2 years of desktop support experience.
  • Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows installation, PC hardware, networking, and Linux.
  • Willing to learn new technologies and pursue technical certifications.
  • Strong customer service attitude and team player.

Preference

  • Locally available candidates preferred.
  • Immediate joiners will have an added advantage.
