The Desktop Support Analyst is primarily responsible for the Tier II support function of Desktop Services.
include management, coordination, and completion of Moves/Adds/Changes (MACs), Break / Fix, and L2 support & problem response for the following component technologies: Desktops, Laptops, Tablets, Zero-Clients, Printers, Mobile Devices, etc.
