Role Overview
ExcelGens is seeking a System Operations Analyst to provide technical support across enterprise IT systems, endpoints, cloud applications, and remote-access environments.
The role includes ownership of complex escalated tickets and timely resolution within service-level agreements.
Technical Support Responsibilities
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365 applications and user issues.
- Support Windows and macOS environments; Ubuntu knowledge is a plus.
- Manage Active Directory users, computers, and groups.
- Provide VPN setup and troubleshooting support.
- Support Citrix and VDI environments.
- Troubleshoot network, domain, connectivity, and access issues.
- Manage devices using JAMF and Microsoft Intune.
- Support Apple and Android mobile devices.
- Assist with Okta, RSA, and NetIQ authentication solutions, including two-factor and multifactor authentication.
- Provide user support through in-person, phone, and chat channels.
- Own complex tickets escalated from first-line support and resolve issues within SLA.
- Perform root-cause analysis and contribute to knowledge-base articles.
