Desk Aligned Strats, Structured Products - Associate

You will work in a team of Strats who work directly with traders and salespeople as part of our Data and Analytics Strats or Desk-Aligned Strats team.

You will work alongside senior Strats as well as the trading and sales desks to develop ideas and productionise tools and analytics that create efficiencies, automate and provide new opportunities and benefit Nomura’s trading business.

Explore Insights & Vision: Identify the underlying causes of problems faced by you or your team and define a clear vision and direction for the future.

Making Strategic Decisions : Evaluate all the options for resolving the problems and effectively prioritize actions or recommendations.
