- Define and maintain brand visual guidelines
- Set the creative direction for campaigns and marketing materials
- Review and approve all design work before it goes live
- Create graphics for social media, ads, emails, and presentations
- Design investor reports, marketing collateral, and event materials
- Produce motion graphics and support video production
- Mentor and guide junior designers
- Work closely with copywriters, performance marketers, and campaign managers
- Coordinate with external agencies when needed
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio
- Expert level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus
- Strong eye for detail and brand consistency
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Experience with project management tools like Linear
- Comfortable using AI design tools to speed up workflows and explore ideas
- Experience leading or mentoring other designers

About The Role
- We're looking for a Design Lead to own our visual identity and elevate the quality of everything we create. You'll shape our brand's look and feel—from social media graphics to campaign creatives to investor reports.
- This is both a hands on and leadership role. You'll create designs, set creative direction, and guide our design team to ensure consistency and quality across all channels.
