This is a 3 month contract with possible extension or Full time employment, on site Design Project Manager role based in Abu Dhabi.
The Design Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of design projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations and Touq’s service standards.
Responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, while coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure consistent communication and smooth delivery.
The role involves reviewing designs for quality and feasibility, resolving project issues, and maintaining documentation and reports to support decision making.
The Design Project Manager will also contribute to process improvements and help refine service solutions to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree in design, architecture, engineering, project management, or a related field is preferred.
+8 years of experience managing design or service oriented projects, ideally within mixed use, fit out facilities or hospitality environments, is beneficial.
Candidates should possess strong Design Management and Project Management skills.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with clients and cross functional teams.
Candidates should possess solid Budgeting and Project Planning skills to manage resources and timelines.
Candidates should possess organisational and problem solving skills to handle multiple projects and resolve challenges.
Proficiency in relevant project management and design collaboration tools is an advantage.
Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi and collaborate with diverse stakeholders in a fast paced environment.
