Lyasmin Design & Build is hiring a Design & Project Coordinator for interior design and fit-out projects. The role involves client consultation, concept design, project coordination, and business development.

Responsibilities
- Meet clients, understand their requirements and provide professional consultancy
- Prepare mood boards, concept designs, and presentations
- Coordinate with the design team and develop proposals
- Take off quantities, prepare BOQs and price projects
- Select materials, finishes, fixtures and furnishings
- Coordinate shop drawings and technical submittals with consultants and site team
- Follow up on execution, site visits and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers and contractors
- Support business development and contribute to company growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in interior design / fit out projects
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, cost estimation and material selection
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Valid Driving License
- Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings
