Job Summary
We are hiring a highly experienced **Design Manager** to lead design and technical coordination for large-scale **construction and infrastructure projects** in Doha.
This role requires strong expertise in managing multidisciplinary design teams, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-quality project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all **design activities** from concept to execution
- Coordinate with **consultants, contractors, and internal technical teams**
- Ensure compliance with **local regulations, Ashghal standards, and project specifications**
- Review **engineering drawings, BIM models, and technical submissions**
- Identify and resolve design issues to maintain **project timelines and quality standards**
- Support project delivery through strong **technical leadership and coordination**
Requirements
- Minimum **15+ years of experience** in design management within construction or infrastructure projects
- Proven experience with **reputed contractors, consultants, or Ashghal projects**
- Experience in **equestrian / horse club projects** is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of **engineering design, BIM coordination, and project lifecycle**
- Excellent **leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills**
