Responsibilities
- Manage the design schedules, deliverables, risk & interface coordination with multiple stakeholders, including the client, contractor and governmental authorities
- Manage design changes and revisions, including assessing impacts on scope, schedule, and budget, and obtaining necessary approvals
- Identify design risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and efficiency within the design coordination process
- Maintain accurate and up to date design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and technical reports
- Determine whether a design solution is user friendly, cost effective and environmentally friendly, and develop solutions in case of user problems
Requirements
- Experienced in Structural Analysis, BIM Coordination, FEA in GRC, Alu+Glass, Facade sector
- Ability to manage design schedules, deliverables, risk & interface coordination with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in design changes and revisions, including assessing impacts on scope, schedule, and budget
- Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and efficiency

- Manage design changes and revisions, including assessing impacts on scope, schedule, and budget, and obtaining necessary approvals. Identify design risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues, minimizing any disruptions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and efficiency within the design coordination process to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up to date design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
- Determining whether a design solution is user friendly, cost effective and environmentally friendly, and developing solutions in case of any user problems and to improve production efficiency.
