Design Manager – Dubai Metro Blue Line Project (Power Supply System)

Take overall responsibility for the design management of the traction power supply system, including technical compliance, quality assurance, schedule control, and design safety management.

Lead and coordinate all technical communications and interface management between the design team and the Engineer, RTA, suppliers, and contractors.

Organize design reviews, technical coordination meetings, and design optimization activities to ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable standards.

Manage multidisciplinary design interfaces and support the successful delivery of the project.

Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Railway Engineering, Power Systems, or a related discipline.

Minimum 4 years of experience in urban rail transit traction power supply system design.

Previous experience as an MV Lead, Traction Lead, Automation Lead, or an equivalent engineering leadership position.

Strong knowledge of railway power supply system design standards and project execution processes.

Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills.

Professional proficiency in English.

Familiarity with the local culture, business practices, and working environment in Dubai and the Middle East is preferred.

Minimum AED 28,000 per month, negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
