Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of luxury residential interior projects from concept through technical coordination, procurement, construction and final styling
- Protect the creative vision at every stage while keeping contractors, consultants and suppliers aligned
- Manage multidisciplinary teams and external consultants
- Oversee bespoke joinery, natural stone, custom furniture and FF&E packages
Requirements
- 10+ years delivering luxury residential interiors or Design & Build projects
- Hands on experience with bespoke villas, ultra luxury residences or high end renovations
- Strong technical grounding across joinery, stone, lighting, kitchens and custom furniture
- Confidence managing multidisciplinary teams and external consultants
- UAE luxury residential experience strongly preferred
- Experience on projects AED 20M+ is a bonus

Role Overview
- We're recruiting on behalf of a leading luxury interior design and build company in Dubai, seeking a Design Manager to lead delivery on some of the UAE's most prestigious private residences.
- This is a role for someone who has genuinely run luxury projects end to end, not just sat in design meetings.
- You'll take projects from concept through technical coordination, procurement, construction and final styling, protecting the creative vision at every stage while keeping contractors, consultants and suppliers pulling in the same direction.
- Think bespoke villas, penthouses and premium renovations for high net worth private clients. Bespoke joinery, natural stone, custom furniture and FF&E packages at a level where the details are the whole point.
What you'll need
- 10+ years delivering luxury residential interiors or Design & Build projects
