About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptual design process for both exterior architecture and high end interior spaces
- Produce high quality architectural and interior visualizations using advanced software and freehand drawing
- Drive interior spatial planning, materiality, and bespoke finish selections
- Manage the comprehensive FF&E lifecycle from concept boards to final site placement
- Review and approve shop drawings, material samples, and mock ups
- Drive end to end project management and coordination across multiple developments simultaneously
- Oversee and manage contractors to ensure adherence to design intent, quality standards, timelines, and budgets
- Act as a technical leader and mentor to junior design staff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture (strictly mandatory)
- Extensive proven experience in Luxury Hospitality Projects
- Deep knowledge of global FF&E suppliers, luxury materials, and custom furniture detailing
- Exceptional hands on proficiency in BIM/Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop & InDesign
- Outstanding freehand drawing and manual sketching skills
- Ownership mentality and 'doer' mindset
- Prior experience collaborating with global luxury hospitality/hotel brands (advantageous)
- Strong portfolio featuring premium Malls, Commercial Centers, and High Rise buildings (advantageous)

About the Role
- Asamra Holdings is seeking a highly skilled, hands on Design Manager to drive our premier luxury developments.
- This is not a passive, delegation only role. We are looking for an exceptional architect and spatial designer with an ownership mentality, a 'player coach' who is just as comfortable executing complex technical drawings and freehand sketches as they are managing contractors and coordinating large sc
- You will act as the crucial link between the owner’s vision and the final build, translating high level requirements into compelling visual concepts that seamlessly blend the architectural shell with bespoke interior environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptual design process for both exterior architecture and high end interior spaces, deeply understanding the owner’s vision and translating it into clear, inspiring visual concepts.
- Produce high quality architectural and interior visualizations, utilizing a mix of advanced software and strong freehand drawing abilities.
- Drive interior spatial planning, materiality, and bespoke finish selections to elevate the luxury guest experience.
- Maintain a deep understanding of technical design, ensuring that all conceptual ideas are structurally and practically feasible.
- Actively execute design work daily—this role requires you to build, draft, and design, not simply order others to do so.
- Manage the comprehensive FF&E lifecycle: from developing concept boards and detailed specifications to coordinating with procurement and overseeing final site placement.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material samples, and mock ups to ensure alignment with the overarching luxury design intent.
- Drive end to end project management and project coordination across multiple high stakes developments simultaneously.
- Thoroughly capture and integrate client side requirements, ensuring all project deliverables align with the original scope and vision.
- Oversee and manage contractors, ensuring strict adherence to design intent, quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
- Maintain excellent relationship management with owners, clients, external consultants, and internal teams.
- Act as a technical leader and mentor to junior design staff, elevating the team's capabilities through your own high standards and expertise.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture is strictly mandatory.
- Extensive, proven experience in Luxury Hospitality Projects, with a strong portfolio demonstrating both architectural and interior design excellence.
- Deep knowledge of global FF&E suppliers, luxury materials, and custom furniture detailing.

Technical & Software Mastery

- Outstanding freehand drawing and manual sketching skills to rapidly visualize architectural and interior concepts during stakeholder meetings.
