Responsibilities
- Manage architectural design consultants throughout all stages of project development.
- Review and coordinate concept, schematic, detailed design, and tender documentation.
- Ensure design proposals meet project brief, quality, functionality, operational, and commercial requirements.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including structural, MEP, landscape, interior design, and infrastructure disciplines.
- Monitor design programmes, deliverables, and key milestones.
- Participate in design workshops, stakeholder reviews, and technical meetings.
- Identify design risks and support the implementation of mitigation measures.
- Support value engineering and optimization initiatives.
- Assist in obtaining approvals from relevant authorities and stakeholders.
- Prepare design reports, presentations, and project updates for senior management.

Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture.
- 15+ years of experience in design management, architecture, or project delivery.
- Experience on major residential, mixed-use, commercial, hospitality, or retail developments.
- Strong understanding of design coordination and consultant management.
- Previous experience within a developer, PMC, or multidisciplinary consultancy environment is preferred.
