Design Manager/Architectural Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Design Manager / Architectural Consultant to lead design coordination, architectural development, and technical compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

• Lead and coordinate architectural and multidisciplinary design activities.
• Review drawings, specifications, and design submissions.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Monitor design progress, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
• Identify and resolve design and technical issues.
• Manage design changes and ensure timely approvals.
• Support project teams with architectural and design-related advice.
• Maintain accurate design records and documentation.

• Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Design, Building, or related field.
• Proven experience in design management, architectural consultancy, or project coordination.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong coordination, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in commercial, residential, infrastructure, or large-scale projects preferred.
