As an Design Integration Manager, you will lead and coordinate all preconstruction management activities.

It is essential to be goal oriented, organized, and professional and doing so exceed client expectations.

Critical for success in this position will be to oversee and integrate multidisciplinary design efforts, facilitate permitting strategies and assess risk management.

You will lead estimating teams through the development of preliminary estimates and GMP proposals by engaging partners, aligning scope, detailing assumptions, while integrating cost, schedule, phasing, and procurement considerations.
