The Role
Lead design-led innovation initiatives from opportunity identification and research through ideation, prototyping, validation, implementation, and continuous improvement.
Combine strategic design thinking, customer insight, innovation management, business understanding, and project leadership.
Innovation and Research Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs, market trends, technologies, behaviors, and business opportunities.
- Conduct customer research, interviews, observations, surveys, workshops, and market analysis.
- Develop opportunity maps, problem statements, customer journeys, personas, and experience frameworks.
