Work Arrangement
- The position is fully remote within the United Arab Emirates.
Innovation Delivery
- Develop design innovation strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead programs from research and opportunity identification through concept development, prototyping, testing, and implementation.
- Identify emerging customer needs, market trends, technologies, materials, and business models.
- Conduct user research, interviews, observations, workshops, surveys, and market analysis.
- Translate insights into opportunities, personas, journey maps, experience maps, and design principles.
- Facilitate design-thinking workshops, ideation sessions, innovation sprints, and cross-functional sessions.
- Generate and evaluate product, service, experience, and business concepts.
