Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all necessary statutory authority NOCs, permits, and design approvals are accessible on site during construction.
- Review and approve all comments related to submittals, including contractor design drawings, shop drawings, materials, and alternative proposals submitted by the contractors.
- Perform scheduled site inspections to verify installations in alignment with the contract documents.
- Carry out unscheduled inspections to confirm that construction adheres to F&E standards, policies, and specifications.
- Evaluate and approve the contractor’s method statement for installation and execution of the works.
- Assess and approve the contractor’s testing and commissioning plan, procedures, and method statements.
