- Prepare detailed design calculations and engineering reports for ground improvement systems
- Design ground improvement techniques such as Vibro Compaction, Vibro Replacement, Dynamic Compaction, Deep Soil Mixing, Jet Grouting, Controlled Modulus Columns, and Rigid Inclusions
- Estimation & tendering requirements for ground improvement jobs
- Review geotechnical investigation reports and recommend suitable ground improvement solutions
- Perform settlement, bearing capacity, slope stability, and liquefaction analyses
- Prepare design drawings, specifications, and technical submissions
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams during design development and project execution
- Provide technical support to construction teams during project implementation
- Review contractor/shop drawings and ensure compliance with design intent
- Optimize designs to achieve technical and commercial efficiency
- Ensure designs comply with international codes, standards, and project specifications
- Assist in preparing technical proposals and tender submissions
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's in Geotechnical Engineering is an advantage)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in design of ground improvement works
- Strong understanding of soil mechanics and geotechnical engineering principles
- Experience in using geotechnical design software such as PLAXIS, GeoStudio, Settle3, or equivalent
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of international design standards and codes
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Job Summary
- We are seeking a qualified and experienced Design Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the design of ground improvement works.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing cost effective and technically sound design solutions for ground improvement projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, international standards, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
