About the Role
Design Engineer specializing in bridge and transportation infrastructure for the Bengaluru office.
Responsible for designing, analyzing, and developing bridge structures that meet safety standards and project specifications.
Works with multidisciplinary teams on complex transportation infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Design and analyze bridge structures using AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, SAP2000, and MIDAS Civil.
- Develop technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents under IRC, IBC, and AASHTO codes.
- Conduct structural analysis and modeling for safety, durability, and performance.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and construction teams.
- Evaluate geotechnical and environmental factors in bridge design.
- Prepare technical reports, design calculations, and approval documentation.
- Participate in site visits and inspections and address design-related issues.
- Support project proposals and cost estimates based on design specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and support their professional development.
