About the role
The Advanced Technical Services team is an applied science hub focused on advanced structural analysis, performance-based design, and transdisciplinary engineering.
The Design Engineer will work on technically demanding projects and special investigations with experienced engineering professionals.
Project types
Projects include large-span sports and stadium structures, seismic and complex systems for major developments, and transport infrastructure such as rail and metro.
Other project areas include high-rise and mixed-use buildings, vibration and dynamic studies, fire, impact and blast, nuclear, and advanced energy.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver structural designs, calculations, technical documentation, and numerical modelling across project phases.
- Design temporary works and develop construction sequencing and crane erection schemes for complex structures.
