Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging, interactive, and hands on courses, lessons, workshops, and studio sessions rooted in design and STEAM.
- Tailor learning experiences to diverse age groups and learning styles.
- Support students through all stages of design and innovation from idea generation to prototyping and iteration.
- Create and maintain high quality educational materials including lesson plans, guides, and presentations.
- Collaborate with fellow educators, technologists, and designers to co develop interdisciplinary curriculum.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and innovation driven studio environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and the community to highlight student progress.
- Attend meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Description
- As a Design Educator at Lamba, you will play a key role in delivering high quality, interactive lessons and workshops that inspire students to explore design within a dynamic STEAM environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging, interactive, and hands on courses, lessons, workshops, and studio sessions rooted in design and the broader STEAM framework.
- Tailor learning experiences to diverse age groups and learning styles, encouraging inquiry, experimentation, and deep conceptual understanding.
- Support students through all stages of design and innovation—from idea generation to prototyping, testing, and iteration—fostering resilience, ownership, and a growth mindset.
- Create and maintain high quality educational materials, including lesson plans, guides, and presentations.
- Collaborate with fellow educators, technologists, and designers to co develop and continuously refine interdisciplinary curriculum content.
- Participate in research, development, and program evaluation to ensure effectiveness, relevance, and innovation.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and innovation driven studio environment that promotes exploration, collaboration, and creativity.
- Support the documentation, assessment, and presentation of student learning through portfolios, exhibitions, and showcases.
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and the wider community to highlight student progress and program impact.
- Provide constructive feedback to colleagues and contribute to program improvement initiatives.
- Support the creation and sharing of design related content through social media channels to showcase student achievements.
- Attend meetings, training sessions, conferences, and professional development opportunities to stay current within the STEAM ecosystem.
