Design Consultant

Have experience in retail sales, consultative sales, relationship-based sales, or commission-based sales

Are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Experience in furniture or interior design is an asset, but it is not required .

Sales experience in furniture, home décor, appliances, automotive, home improvement, kitchens, flooring, or other specialized retail environments may be particularly relevant.

At EQ3, performance is rewarded.

This position offers full-commission compensation equal to 7% of written sales , with an earning potential of approximately $65,000–$75,000+ per year for full-time Design Consultants.
