Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, space plans, and design presentations for residential, commercial, and medical projects
- Prepare drawings, 3D visualizations, and design details
- Coordinate with interior designers, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Participate in client meetings, understand requirements, and translate them into practical and aesthetically appealing design solutions
- Support preparation of project documentation, assist in supervision and site coordination
- Ensure that designs comply with local codes, regulations, and project standards
Requirements
- Strong conceptual and schematic design skills
- Proficiency in architectural drafting and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar 3D modeling and rendering software)
- Experience preparing construction drawings, design details, and coordination layouts in line with local codes and regulations
- Ability to work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a closely related field from an accredited institution
- Previous experience as a Design Architect or Architectural Designer, preferably within the UAE or GCC region
- Familiarity with Abu Dhabi and UAE building regulations, authority approval processes, and industry standards is an advantage
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- High level of attention to detail, commitment to design quality, and openness to feedback and collaborative work

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Design Architect role based in Abu Dhabi. The Design Architect will develop architectural concepts, space plans, and design presentations for residential, commercial, and medical projects.
Daily Tasks
- Preparing drawings, 3D visualizations, and design details
