Be in accordance with own competence requirements at all times. Know working procedures and checklists of Odfjell? s (DDI) within own area of responsibility. Operations: Supervision of the pump room, mud mixing equipment and drilling fluid. Frequently test the properties of the drilling fluid and keep records of the results. Perform maintenance activities. Keep the driller informed about the consistency of the drilling fluid as well as the general state of the pumps. Operate any drilling equipment in a proper manner within its capacity limits and at the correct tempo. Contribute to good communication between all involved in the ongoing operation. Keep the workplace tidy and clean. Emergency duties according to the unit?s emergency organization. Perform other duties as assigned. ?
