Position Overview
Full-time Consultant Dermatologist role with a healthcare team serving patients through diagnosis and treatment of skin conditions.
The role includes use of current dermatology technologies and techniques and collaboration with a diverse healthcare team.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin cancer, and other skin conditions.
- Perform skin examinations and biopsies.
- Administer chemical peels, laser therapy, phototherapy, and other specialized treatments.
- Develop personalized treatment plans.
- Stay current with dermatology research and techniques.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals on complex skin conditions.
- Educate patients on skincare and preventative measures.
- Train and supervise resident physicians, nurses, and other medical staff.
Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Dermatology.
- At least five years of experience as a Consultant Dermatologist.
- In-depth knowledge of skin conditions and treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Professional and empathetic demeanor.
