About the Role
Skin Symphony Aesthetics Medical Centre seeks an experienced Dermatologist or GP Aesthetic Doctor for a lead role in Jumeirah, Dubai. The ideal candidate has strong UAE experience, excellent consultation skills, and hands-on expertise in advanced aesthetic treatments.

Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed consultations for aesthetic and dermatology patients
- Assess skin, hair, facial ageing, body contouring, and cosmetic concerns
- Create customized treatment plans based on patient goals, medical suitability, and expected outcomes
- Perform or supervise advanced aesthetic procedures including skin boosters, bioremodulators, Endolift, injectables, PRP, microneedling, and laser based treatments
- Educate patients clearly about treatment benefits, expected results, downtime, risks, and aftercare
- Ensure all procedures are performed safely and in line with medical standards and clinic protocols
- Build strong patient trust and support long term patient relationships
- Maintain accurate medical records and follow DHA guidelines
Requirements
- Dermatologist or GP Aesthetic Doctor
- Valid DHA license or DHA eligibility
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE in dermatology, aesthetics, or cosmetic medicine
- Strong hands on experience with aesthetic procedures
- Excellent consultation and patient communication skills
- Experience with skin boosters, bioremodulators, Endolift, injectables, PRP, lasers, and other non surgical aesthetic treatments
- Professional appearance, strong medical ethics, and patient first approach
- Arabic speaking candidates are an advantage, but not mandatory

Role Overview
- The selected doctor will be responsible for consulting, assessing, treating, and managing patients for a wide range of aesthetic and dermatology concerns.
- This role requires a confident and experienced doctor who can create personalized treatment plans, perform treatments safely, and guide patients with clear medical advice.

Compensation
- Competitive fixed salary plus commission structure, based on experience, performance, patient retention, and contribution to the clinic’s growth.
- Pay: AED 10,000 AED 15,000 per month.
