Role Overview
The Dermatologist in Aesthetics provides advanced aesthetic treatments and supports high standards of patient care and satisfaction.
The role includes cosmetic procedures, consultations, personalized treatment planning, and ongoing professional development.
Clinical Care
- Perform Botox, dermal fillers, skin boosters, laser treatments, chemical peels, and other skin rejuvenation procedures.
- Assess patients through consultations and medical-history reviews.
- Create personalized treatment plans and provide follow-up care and advice.
- Perform treatments safely and effectively according to applicable protocols.
Patient Management
- Build trusted relationships with patients and address their concerns.
- Explain procedures, risks, and aftercare clearly and accurately.
- Maintain detailed, accurate, confidential patient records.
Collaboration and Development
- Work with clinic managers, aestheticians, nurses, and administrative personnel.
- Participate in team meetings and service-improvement activities.
- Train and mentor junior staff or interns as needed.
- Stay current with aesthetic medicine through training, conferences, workshops, and seminars.
Compliance and Safety
- Follow local regulations, health and safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Maintain a clean and sterile treatment environment and follow infection control procedures.
- Manage and report adverse events or complications promptly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Medical degree such as an MBBS or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- At least three years of experience in aesthetic medicine.
- Valid DHA medical license from the health authority in Dubai.
- Strong diagnostic, clinical, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and patient-care skills.
Skills and Languages
- Proficiency in a variety of non-surgical aesthetic procedures is required.
- English is required; Korean is preferred, while Arabic and other languages are additional advantages.
- Korean, Chinese, or Myanmar board certification in dermatology is preferred.
- Knowledge of Korean beauty treatments and products is an advantage.

- The role is performed in person at the clinic.
