Role Overview
Lead end-to-end on-site construction of road and highway projects from earthworks through final paving.
Support the Project Manager in delivering projects on schedule and within planned resources.
Responsibilities
- Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and daily resource planning.
- Direct site engineers, labor teams, and heavy machinery operations.
- Ensure strict safety and quality control.
- Manage subcontractors and track daily project progress.
- Coordinate with clients and local authorities during site inspections.
Requirements
- A degree in Civil Engineering.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience executing large-scale road works.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹35,000–₹55,000 per month.
