Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing all project activities
- Oversee day to day construction operations and ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual requirements, and RTA standards
- Monitor project schedules, progress, resource utilization, and productivity
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, authorities, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Lead site teams to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance
- Review and evaluate construction methodologies, work programs, and technical submissions
- Assist in resolving technical and operational challenges
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline
- Minimum 15 years of construction experience
- At least 5 years in a Project Management or Deputy Project Management role
- Proven experience delivering roads, bridges, or major infrastructure projects in the UAE
- Familiarity with RTA regulations, standards, and approval processes is highly preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills

Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Deputy Project Manager to support the successful delivery of a large scale Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) project in Dubai.
- The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Manager and multidisciplinary teams.
- This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional with proven experience in major infrastructure, roads, bridges, highways, utilities, or transportation projects within the UAE.
