- Partner with the Program Manager in all aspects of contract execution, management, and the high-quality delivery of services.
- Provide operational leadership and act on behalf of the Program Manager as needed to maintain continuity of operations and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage daily operations, including strategic resource allocation, project scheduling, and task prioritization.
- Oversee the timely completion of all deliverables, ensuring they meet established timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team leads and technical staff to monitor progress, identify potential risks, and resolve operational issues.
- Support the design, documentation, and implementation of inclusive, enterprise-level operational team structures within the technology space.
- Manage internal and external audits utilizing the RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) methodology framework.
- Conduct and support comprehensive business process reviews to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Prepare and deliver transparent program status reports and executive briefings to diverse stakeholders.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between the technical teams and external stakeholders.
- Active TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph security clearance.
- 5+ years of professional experience in program or project management, specifically within the Intelligence Community (IC).
- Operational Design: Demonstrated experience designing, documenting, and implementing enterprise-level operational team structures in a technology-focused environment.
- Audit & Frameworks: Professional experience managing internal and external audits and applying the RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) methodology.
- Process Improvement: Proven ability to conduct business process reviews and implement operational optimizations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical or professional discipline.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or an equivalent project management credential.
- Previous experience serving in a deputy or secondary leadership capacity for large-scale IC or DoD programs.
- Strong background in strategic resource management and operational planning.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid program management methodologies.
