Deputy Practice Lead - PMC

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

• Support EMEA PMC pursuits, strategic reviews, technical leadership, and execution strategy development.
• Support the Project Management Framework, PMC practice guidance, training, and the EMEA project management community of practice.
• Provide project and program delivery support and occasionally stand in for Project Directors.
• Support live-project reviews, project recovery initiatives, and delivery improvements.

Experience Requirements

• Significant project management or construction management assignments at Principal Project Manager level are required.
• The candidate must be capable of managing projects or programs valued at $200 million to $500 million.
• Experience supporting large projects through schedule, budget, contractual, and delivery requirements is required.
• Travel and potential relocation within Europe, the Middle East, or to a designated job site are required when assignments demand it.

People and Practice Leadership

• Act as a regional practice contact and support reputation management, staffing awareness, mobility, mentoring, and practice growth.
• Support major pursuit developments and identify practice representatives for external marketing and sales or business development interactions.

Process and Technology

• Drive process and procedure improvement and standardization across the region.
• Promote PMC technologies, innovation, and technology initiatives that improve efficiency and profitability.
• Help ensure project delivery reflects Parsons best practices across people, process, and technology.
