Facilitate regular meetings to discuss system performance, safety issues, and project updates with internal stakeholders.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing maintenance data to enhance equipment reliability and reduce downtime.

Provide training and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians to build their technical capabilities in electrical maintenance.

Implement digital tools and software for tracking maintenance schedules, equipment health, and work orders.

Leverage data analytics to optimize maintenance planning, reduce energy consumption, and extend equipment life cycles.
