Responsibilities
- Design and implement HSE programs across logistics operations to promote a strong safety culture
- Conduct training programs, monitor implementation, and evaluate effectiveness
- Oversee safety across project sites, road and rail transport, warehouses, fire and life safety, chemical handling, hazardous materials, hygiene, and environmental compliance
- Drive continuous safety awareness initiatives for employees and contract workforce
- Coordinate safe practices for work at height, structural stability, lifting operations, and heavy vehicle movement
- Ensure thorough investigation, reporting, and analysis of accidents and major incidents to prevent recurrence
- Review all incidents with relevant departments and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Act as a coordinator for emergency response teams; conduct and review mock drills, including spill response exercises
- Monitor compliance with HSEF regulations and ensure adherence to statutory requirements and industry standards
- Identify and mitigate risks in logistics and warehouse operations using established loss prevention and control methods

- Minimum 6 years of experience in safety management within logistics operations

People Management
- Supervise safety functions across operations, projects, maintenance, and fire services.
- Drive continuous training and development initiatives to enhance safety performance, operational efficiency, and individual capability.
Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech (Engineering)
- Minimum 6 years of experience in safety management within logistics operations
