Role Overview
SYSTRA is seeking a Deputy Interface Manager (Technical) to monitor and manage project design interfaces.
The role supports effective coordination across railway systems, civil works, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Main Duties
- Monitor and track interfaces between railway systems, civil works, and external projects.
- Review and validate contractor interface deliverables, including plans, matrices, registers, drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
- Identify interface-related issues and guide contractors toward effective project delivery solutions.
- Assess contractor interface management performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate Metro Design-Build packages with surrounding projects to align design and construction activities.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, third parties, and project management organizations.
- Collaborate with civil, systems, depot, and operations and maintenance leads to resolve interface challenges.
- Ensure consistency between railway subsystems, civil works, and multidisciplinary teams.
