- Support the Head of Secondary in the strategic leadership and day to day management of the school
- Lead and monitor outstanding teaching and learning across the Secondary phase

- Promote high standards of behaviour, attendance, and student wellbeing
- Analyse assessment data to improve student achievement
- Build strong relationships with parents, students, and the wider school community
- Support inspection readiness and accreditation processes
- Contribute to the school's vision, values, and long term strategic planning
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or relevant subject with a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE/QTS or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years' successful Secondary teaching experience within the British Curriculum
- At least 3–5 years' senior leadership experience as Deputy Head, Assistant Head, Head of Department, or equivalent
- Proven track record of improving teaching, learning, and student outcomes
- Experience working in a British international school, preferably within the GCC
- Master's Degree in Educational Leadership (desired but not essential)

The Role

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or a relevant subject, together with a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE/QTS or equivalent).
- Master's Degree in Educational Leadership (desired but not essential).

- 18,000 – 22,000 (competitive and commensurate with experience).
